Incoming Students

The nomination of your students incoming at Danubius University of Galati can be done by email in accordance with the deadlines convened upon in the Inter-Institutional Agreement.

The application is done by your students after the official nomination through the following application form:

The student is required to upload through the above-mentioned online form, the following Before Mobility documents:

- Scan Copy of Learning Agreement signed by the student and by the Sending Institution

- Scan copy of official Transcript of Records

- Scan Copy of ID Document/Passport

- Passport picture (color, good resolution)

The Inter-Institutional Agreements with the EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme included in the following list have an extended validity until 2022 for the organised mobility activities (derogation allowed by the European Commission). At this moment the signing process for digital Inter-Institutional agreements is ongoing at Danubius University. As soon as a new digital Inter-Institutional Agreement is signed between Danubius University and a partner institution, it will become valid and replace the existing agreement.
