The event will feature Nina Hart, King’s College London – The Dickson Poon School of Law, as the keynote guest.
Her legal experience includes serving as counsel in international negotiations and treaty disputes, as well as advising policymakers on a wide range of matters involving public international law and public law. She is a solicitor of England and Wales (currently non-practising) and an attorney admitted to the New York Bar. She holds law degrees from King’s College London and Columbia Law School.
She is currently Co-Convenor of the European Society of International Law Interest Group on International Business & Human Rights, and a member of the editorial board of the International Investment Law Journal. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on global governance and economic statecraft.
She will be joined by some of her former students involved in the European Law Moot Court, who will share their first-hand experiences in prestigious international competitions.
The webinar is organized as part of the launch of the Faculty’s Moot Society, an initiative dedicated to developing legal skills through simulations, international activities, and academic collaborations.
