Within the School of Global Business & Leadership, a newly designated leadership body has been entrusted with the mission of supporting the strategic development of educational and research programs, in alignment with international academic standards. The position of Interim Dean is held by Dr. Ciprian Manea (https://univ-danubius.ro/en/facultatea-de-stiinte-economice/conducere ), a university scholar with expertise in business and governance, actively involved in academic projects and initiatives designed to strengthen the connection between the academic environment and the socio-economic sphere.
The coordination of the Department of Business, Finance and Accounting is assumed by Lecturer Dr. Mădălina Bălău (https://univ-danubius.ro/media/attachments/2019/08/23/balau-madalina.pdf ), a specialist in the field of economic sciences, with a consistent research activity and a sustained commitment to the professional training of students. This renewed leadership structure emphasizes the faculty’s commitment to cultivating academic excellence by capitalizing on the professional competencies of its academic staff and by strengthening both national and international partnerships.
